During the last year we updated weekly adding over 250 new questions to our already current and most comprehensive program in the UNITED STATES. We also added House Bill 406 to the Construction Lien Recovery Fund material. We no longer use the BOCA code Michigan now uses the Michigan Residential Code 2000. PSI incorporated these new codes into the test. There is now 55 questions on the Law and Business Test. Five of them do not count for or against you. There is 110 questions on the Practical Test. Ten of them do no for or against you.The practical Test now covers many more areas of Construction than before. Since Jul 1st 2002, we have added over 406 new questions to our material. There is 4 questions on the test from our handout on House Bill 406. It is not a one time live time fee to the CONSTRUCTION LIEN RECOVERY FUND as all the other companies would have belive. Belinda at the State of Michigan will tell you The FUND has a right to assess us more money if the FUND does not have One Million Dollars in it on December of any year. If they even had a Builders License they would know that we were assessed more money in 1999. If you don't know or understand something how can you teach it.
